Mission, Values, Pillars

For the past 13 years, we have been providing support and guidance to the youth and families of Ville-Émard/Côte-Saint-Paul with passion, kindness, and pleasure.

Thanks to our deep roots in the community and our close work with the population, we are in constant and sustained contact with young people and parents. Many of them benefit from our various programs and services designed to meet their needs. Indeed, they remain the source of motivation and the reason for CARD's existence.

Our mission

Since 2006, CARD has been working on the personal, social, and educational development of young people. We also focus on encouraging academic perseverance by valuing, informing, and equipping parents in their role as educators.CARD conducts its activities with the belief that all stakeholders play an essential role in the development of young people. Therefore, our programs aim to equip and assist individuals in taking responsibility for themselves to face their challenges and changes in their environment.
Our support, awareness, and education services, as well as our actions, encompass both prevention and intervention.Promote integration, success and development at school and in the workplace.
We offer young people and those around them the tools they need to deal with the difficulties they face, in order to contribute to their well-being, their integration and their academic and socio-professional success.Combating all forms of distress, poverty and exclusion designed to hinder the full potential, growth and fulfillment of the individual.

Depuis 2006, le CARD agit pour le développement personnel, social et éducatif des jeunes. Nous nous concentrons aussi à encourager la persévérance scolaire en valorisant, en informant et en outillant les parents dans leur rôle d’éducateurs.Le CARD mène ses activités par l'idée que tous les acteurs jouent un rôle essentiel dans l'épanouissement du jeune. De ce fait, nos programmes visent à outiller et aider la personne à se prendre en charge afin d’affronter ses difficultés et les changements de son milieu.
Nos services d’aide, de sensibilisation et d’éducation, ainsi que nos actions s’inscrivent aussi bien au niveau de la prévention que de l’intervention.Favoriser l’intégration, la réussite et le développement aux niveaux scolaire et socioprofessionnel de la personne ;
Nous offrons aux jeunes et à leur entourage les outils nécessaires pour affronter les difficultés auxquelles ils font face, afin de contribuer à leur bien-être, leur intégration, leurs réussites scolaire et socioprofessionnelle. Lutter contre toutes formes de détresse, de pauvreté et d’exclusion visant à freiner le plein potentiel, la croissance et l’épanouissement de la personne.
